REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Products must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging. If there is a fault and the person at fault can be determined, then that person will be responsible for paying transport costs, including deducting initial transport costs from refunded amount if necessary.

This means that if there’s an issue or fault with the product, Ha-Ra will cover the shipping fees both for the return to the warehouse and for sending out a replacement item. However, if a customer ordered the wrong item or changed their mind, they are responsible for the shipping costs to return it. Additionally, the initial shipping fees covered by Ha-Ra will be deducted from the refund.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
All orders will be dispatched by the next working day if ordered before 10am. Depending on your location in Australia it can take up to 8 working days from the time of dispatch to arrive. Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST
