SHIPPING
All of our products are shipped through Sendle or Australia Post. Our products can not be shipped to a PO Box address. We charge $12 for shipping. All orders over $99 are free of shipping.
SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS
Specials and promotions cannot be combined. Each offer is valid independently and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotion, discount, or special offer. Any attempt to combine offers will result in the invalidation of one or both promotions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Products must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging. If there is a fault and the person at fault can be determined, then that person will be responsible for paying transport costs, including deducting initial transport costs from refunded amount if necessary.
REFUNDS FOR DISCOUNTS
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, refunds for discounts cannot be issued as the price has been agreed upon and finalised. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and verify all discounts applied before finalising their order. If there is an issue with a discount not displaying correctly, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team before completing their order so that adjustments can be made accordingly. Once an order has been placed, refunds for discounts will not be possible as this is associated with additional fees.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
All orders will be dispatched by the next working day if ordered before 10am. Depending on your location in Australia it can take up to 8 working days from the time of dispatch to arrive. Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST
CANCELLATION
Once an order has been despatched, we are unable to cancel it. If the order is returned for a change of mind, we will have to cover our shipping and handling cost with a return fee of $15 and all shipping fees.
