Payment details are not kept on record as we use a secure payment gateway.

If you place an order online using a credit card, we specifically record your IP address with the use of the credit card as part of our fraud prevention measures. Credit Card details are not kept as we use a secure payment gateway. 

If the client returns goods without the fault of the supplier, the actual shipping fees of the delivery (which are build in to the recommended retail price) out will be deducted of the refund amount.

This includes the use of Firewalls and when purchasing from The Greenest Clean Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
