Well it’s a grey day here on the Sunshine Coast, so I’m off to bake some naughty chocolate chip cookies. I’ll even share the recipe with you:
- 140gm Butter
- 150gm Castor Sugar
- 130 gm Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 250gm Plain Flour
- 6gm Bicarb Soda (1/2 tsp)
- 150gm Chocolate Chips
- 100gm Pecan Nuts (or any of your favourites)
Cream butter and sugars. Add egg & mix through.
Sieve flour & bicarb soda onto mix, add chocolate chips and nuts, mix the lot by hand.
Roll about a tablespoon & flatten slightly on a baking tray, bake about 12-14 minutes at 180C.
Now bribe someone to make you a cup of your favourite brew and put your feet up, you deserve it.
