Chicken with creamy mustard sauce



2-3 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthways

2 Tbl plain flour

2 Tbl lemon pepper seasoning

1 Tbl oil 1 Tbl butter

1 Tbl seeded mustard

300ml cream




Fry pan, plastic bag, cutting board, sharp knife, measuring spoons/cup.


Preparation Time: 5 minutes.

Cooking Time: 12 minutes.


Place flour and lemon pepper in the plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to coat. ~Heat butter and oil in fry pan. ~Add chicken and brown well ~When almost cooked, add the mustard and stir for 1 min. ~Add cream and stir until reduced slightly and changes to light gold.


DO NOT BOIL. Season with salt Serve with vegies or salad This recipe is so easy and really delicious. I often cook it when I have visitors as I always have the ingredients in the pantry, it’s quick and like a restaurant meal!
