Unlike other desiccating agents which contain vinegar, this product is non-odorous and highly concentrated. It is a natural desiccating agent which can be used for safe and reliable descaling if applied correctly. It is important to note that there are some surfaces we do not recommend descaling as the material reacts with the acidic solution. As Hans Raab Kalkex is an active acid, you should note instructions on the containers.

Dissolve 10 grams or 1 teaspoon of Hans Raab Kalkex in a 500 ml plastic spray bottle. Then spray the liquid on to the affected area (e.g. a shower screen) and leave to stand for approximately 5 minutes. Use Ultra fibres to clean and loosen calcium build-up or Scrub cloth. Rinse and use Natura fibres to collect moisture and leftover soap.
