2. Reward Structure for Ha-Ra® Senior Consultants

• Ha-Ra® Senior Consultants are Active Consultants who have introduced at least three (3) new Consultants.
   
• They should supply products and provide training to at least three (3) Active Consultants.
   
• They should conduct at least three (3) demonstrations per month.
   
• Minimum monthly purchase of $1,500 (excl. GST) or more.

• They should supply products and provide training to at least five (5) Active Consultants.
   
• They should conduct at least three (3) demonstrations per month.
   
• Minimum monthly purchase of $10,000 (excl. GST) or more.

Introducing Consultants

• Any Active Consultant, Senior Consultant or Team Leader who introduces a new Consultant but does not supply the new Consultant with stock will still be entitled to a commission on the sales of the new Consultant for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the new Consultant’s first purchase.
   
• The commission, payable by the Supplier to the active Consultant, will be calculated on the basis of $250 for the first $5,000 purchased, plus an additional $250 for each $10,000 purchased thereafter.
   
• A Consultant must be an Active Consultant to qualify for commissions.
   

Ha-Ra® Independent Consultant's Investment

1. Demonstration Kit $900.00
2. One-off Joining Fee $100.00
3. Annual Administration Fee $ 50.00

• Ha-Ra® Consultants sell Ha-Ra® products through a direct sales system, mainly via group demonstrations and after sales care.
   
• The monthly reward structure is dependent on the sales results of the previous month.
   
• Brochures and promotional material will be provided at cost. No discounts or bonus will apply.
