Ausmar Homes has a number of display homes on the Sunshine Coast. These homes represent a multi -million dollar investment for Ausmar and so we need to be confident that we are showing each home in its best light at all times. If a home is not sparkling clean, it might lead to a negative opinion we can't afford.

It's a constant surprise to me how many kids hand prints, scuff marks and such work their way into the homes each week and also being in a building area, a constant fine layer of dust floats down upon every surface of the home too.

We can't afford to have a "cheap" or second rate job done in these circumstances. As a business which needs to cater to all sorts of people, we can't have the concern of having a person in one of our displays, suffer some discomfort from the scent of cleaning chemicals or residues on surfaces. Some people have very sensitive noses and before we found Ha-Ra, I'd had people comment on the smells of the chemicals previous cleaners had used. We trust Ha-Ra to keep helping us to look good and stay worry free.

Our staff here at Bundaberg City Motor Inn are still using the Ha-Ra products faithfully after a year and after all this time the cloths are still in top condition (always washed with care). The cleaning program in the units has been simplified, costs are less without the chemicals and the units are sparkling.

We have had no complaints, in fact only compliments, and we are all still as enthusiastic as the first week when we started using them.

I was mesmerized by your demonstration: the transparency of the clear shower screen amazed me after you had finished. When you cleaned our very greasy BBQ and then stared cleaning the windows I was sold. The system has made cleaning our Bed & Breakfast a breeze. Fly screens get cleaned now where they could barely be seen through before. Our original attraction was we did not need to use chemicals and only a little water required. We are environmentally conscious and use a worm toilet which takes all our grey water. So impressed were we that we are now agents for Ha-Ra.

I am employed as a cleaner of commercial premises, and have been using the Ha-Ra cleaning systems for over 18 months. The premises I clean are mostly nightclubs, you can imagine how dirty these areas are after a busy night. I find the Ha-Ra cleaning system works very well. It eliminates the need to use chemicals, and I find Ha-Ra saves labour, as I don't need to bend or stoop to clean a vertical wall. The results are equal to if not better than could be expected with chemicals.

Ha-Ra saves me hours each week- at least 2 or 3 hours man hours on this job alone. I can then fit more work in my days, therefore I can earn more income each week.

Ha-Ra saves me time, saves my employer money on overhead and wages- by not having to buy chemicals, and by reducing the number of hours that are applied to each jobs.

We originally purchased our Ha-Ra cloths and gloves about 2 years ago and they look as if they will last a further 2 years. Considering the amount of use they get cleaning our 30 unit motel, this speaks volumes for their ability to withstand wear and tear. In the first 12 months of use we saved approximately $1,000 directly by not purchasing chemicals that the Ha-Ra cloths have replaced.
